At Glowzura, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and risk-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping – FREE
  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • UK & Ireland: 5–9 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping – $2 Flat Rate
  • Faster delivery option available at checkout.
  • Usually 2–4 days quicker than standard shipping.

International Shipping

  • Glowzura ships to the USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@glowzura.com within 7 days.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Easy Returns

  • If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Products must be in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used health/beauty products may not be returnable unless defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@glowzura.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, actual costs may be deducted.

Exchanges

  • We gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@glowzura.com for assistance.
